I am a partner at Deloitte Belgium with over 20 years of experience in SAP-enabled business transformation. For the past decade, I have been advising clients in various industries that are moving to SAP S/4HANA, and have led some of the very first SAP S/4HANA projects in EMEA. I lead Deloitte Belgium’s SAP practice, a 440-strong team that every day works together with organisations on their S/4HANA enabled transformation journeys. Leveraging the Deloitte global network and delivery centres, the team supports clients ranging from privately held companies to multinational corporations through the entire solution life cycle: from visioning and road mapping to design, implementation and operation. In addition to my expertise in SAP-enabled business transformation, I am passionate about talent management. I was Technology Talent partner for several years, and am still the Dean of the Deloitte Consulting Analyst Class. In this capacity I am responsible for the onboarding and training journey of the +250 graduate analysts that join Deloitte Consulting every September. I hold a Master of Applied Economics in Business Engineering from University of Antwerp. I also completed a Master Class in Controllership at Vlerick Business School, a Master Class in Project Management at University of Antwerp Management School, and am a certified PMP with the Project Management Institute (PMI). I live in Waasmunster with my wife, two daughters and son.
