Uncover the power of the boundaryless workplace
A traditional mindset might suggest that organizations can either prioritize human outcomes or business outcomes, but not both at the same time. However, human outcomes can multiply business value to drive human performance. With the appropriate technology—paired with the right guidance—employees can be empowered to explore the boundaryless world in ways that can expedite time to value.
This mutually reinforcing cycle of human and business outcomes is what we call human performance—because it’s humans, more than physical assets, that can truly drive organizations forward.
It’s time to trade in the rules, operating constructs, and proxies of the past. Prioritizing human performance can help organizations make the leap into a boundaryless future.
