As Global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Alphabet | Google, Matt is responsible for the strategy, performance, positioning and outcomes of our global Deloitte + Google business, including social venture areas. Matt is also a member of the North & South Europe Consulting Executive, responsible for Alliances and Growth Platforms. Prior to the CCO role Matt has been Deloitte’s Global Ecosystems & Alliance leader across our largest Technology relationships and has delivered large scale transformations for TMT clients across the globe.

Nicola is the US Consulting chief commercial officer for Deloitte’s Alphabet Google relationship. She leverages more than 25 years of international consulting and industry experience and brings industry-leading insights and innovative solutions to help clients tackle their toughest issues. Nicola has led complex global enterprise transformations that have generated strong market, operational, and business results for client organizations across the globe. Prior to taking on the CCO role, Nicola was the global lead client service partner for a large consumer retail client where she was responsible for Deloitte’s global engagements across Consulting, Tax, and Risk and Financial Advisory offerings. She also served as a global leadership development program lead for Deloitte’s key client leaders, bringing extensive experience to large-scale technology and business transformations. Within Deloitte, Nicola acts as a consulting lead for the client excellence program at Deloitte University (DU), helping to enhance client-focused programs and bring value to client engagement at DU. Other roles Nicola has held within Deloitte include Consumer DE&I lead, Consumer Technology lead, and Regional SAP Technology lead. Outside Deloitte, she has been an active member of NextUp (formerly known as Network of Executive Women) for more than 10 years, serving on the board and currently acting as the technology advisory leader. Nicola holds a master’s degree in business administration and information technology from University of Central Lancashire (UK) and a bachelor of arts from University of Manchester (UK) and University of North Carolina.

Kashif, a principal in the Cloud Engineering practice for Deloitte Consulting LLP, helps clients leverage Deloitte’s best-in-breed Cloud Methodologies to transition their applications and infrastructure from legacy and on-premise environments to private and public clouds. He currently serves as the National Google Cloud practice leader and Lead Alliance partner, driving market offerings and solutions through technology ecosystems to drive cloud transformation. Kashif brings more than 20 years of experience delivering large scale business and technology transition and transformation solutions using multi-site, cross-geography teams for Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including Consumer Products, Life Sciences and Health Care and Oil & Gas. In his previous role, he served as the Global SAP Customer Experience Practice Leader, where he advised clients on their business transformation through digital solutions such as, ecommerce, CRM, mobile, and digital marketing. Additionally, Kashif held the role of Deloitte Digital’s Diversity and Inclusion Leader, where he focused on developing programs to recruit and retain a diverse talent group at Deloitte. Prior to joining Deloitte, Kashif led technology delivery teams at Accenture, AGI, Dell and Sprint. At AGI, he served as the Group CIO for a global multi-industry business supporting over five thousand employees across EMEA. Kashif resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and three daughters. He serves on the LIFT (Literacy Institution for Texas) board helping with technology modernization, and in his spare time enjoys playing golf and racquetball, as well as watching both college and professional football.

Karin Wiens is a Deloitte Consulting Partner with over 20 years of IT experience in Infrastructure, Sales, and both Managed and Professional Services. At Deloitte she leads the Cloud Engineering Practice nationally which combines Cloud advisory services with technical delivery and managed services across all of the top Cloud Service Provider Platforms. These services help clients transform to bring new solutions to market faster, streamline legacy infrastructure and reduce technical debt. Karin has worked in all industries and helps clients make better decisions to meet their specific needs when it comes to technology, business and talent related challenges related to cloud adoption. She provides leadership and brings together the best of Deloitte, our extended network of alliances and external partners to help clients develop and execute strategies to leverage the most business relevant aspects of the cloud in an agile, cost-effective and secure fashion.

Leader of the Cloud Engineering practice , with the mission of accompanying clients in the design or implementation of cloud solutions , a technological leap towards a world of business innovation and digital transformation.

Abhrajit Ray is a Partner in the Cloud practice in Deloitte India. Abhrajit focuses on driving large scale transformation and cloud migration across verticals such as automotive, energy & utilities. He has more than 22 years of experience in IT industry, including 12 years in Fortune 100 companies in the UK. Abhrajit specializes in driving design-led transformations around customer experience, connected operations/devices and employee productivity using Cloud technologies across variety of industries.
