Kavitha Prag is the Supply Chain and Network Operating Lead within Enterprise Technology & Performance. Primarily focussing on Digital Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Smart Operations. Kavitha is passionate about facilities and project management optimisation and delivering new technology solutions within the infrastructure construction and maintenance environment. Kavitha has a strong foundation in electrical engineering and in technical management. Kavitha’s expertise is underpinned by operational experience in both the public and private sectors, across multiple industries including Energy, Utilities, Mining, Technology and Media industries.
Jan Waals
Jan Waals has over 23 years of consulting experience and has been with Deloitte Consulting since 1994. He is known for Global Implementations for companies that are Headquartered in the US, Europe and Asia. As a leader in Deloitte’s SAP practice, Jan played a role as an official Quality Advisor for several of the firm’s largest projects as well as the East Super Regional Leader. In his current role as National Service Line Leader for SAP Package Technologies, Jan is responsible for developing and executing service line strategy. He is accountable for achieving operational and financial performance plans, developing world class and differentiated talent, implementing quality and risk initiatives, and leading service line specific market strategies. He also works closely with industry and sector leaders on principal/director/senior manager/specialist leader development and deployment.
Conrad Steyn
Conrad assists companies in their transformation journey at Deloitte by utilising technology, finance optimisation, process improvement, and people. Conrad possesses significant executive experience within the global consulting industry and management experience within the international mining, manufacturing and resource industries, providing advisory services and innovative, solution-driven implementations across different continents and time zones. He actively assists medium-sized enterprises with business improvement and strategy development.
