Stanley serves as Deloitte’s Global & US Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) Industry Leader. He oversees and drives the development and execution of the overall ER&I strategy across all geographies and businesses, including more than 44,000 professionals and serving close to 75% of the Global Fortune 500 clients. The ER&I industry practice represents the Industrial Products & Construction; Oil, Gas & Chemicals; Mining & Metals, and Power, Utilities & Renewables sectors. Stanley has more than 30 years of industry and global client leader experience, and has worked with some of the largest names in the industry on a range of business issues, assisting client executives in strategy, restructuring, mergers, operations optimization, and technology adoption. Dedicated to helping clients navigate the fourth Industrial Revolution and transitioning to a lower carbon future, Stanley has worked with clients to become more sustainable, develop decarbonizing strategies and energy-efficient solutions that address rising environmental and social challenges. He has published several articles on ESG, sustainable strategies, and smart energy management strategies for industrials. Stanley is proud to serve on the Millstein Center for Global Markets & Governance Board of Advisors, United States Energy Association Board of Directors, Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington Board of Directors, and the Afterschool Alliance Board of Directors. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. Stanley has received a Bachelor of Science from Wofford College and Master of Business Administration from Duke University – Fuqua School of Business.

John is the Global Energy & Chemicals leader across all businesses, including consulting, risk and financial advisory, audit, and tax services for Deloitte Global. John develops and executes on the sector’s overall strategic direction and go-to-market strategy leading 15,000 person team across multiple geographies. He has led successful projects and relationships at some of the largest energy companies in the world more than his 30 years career. Prior to taking over his global industry leadership role, John led the US Energy & Chemicals practice as well as the US Energy Resources & Industrials practice. He previously led the energy trading and risk management practice for Deloitte. He started his career in audit and brings the added perspective of having led the audits of many large energy companies. John is a frequent speaker on energy industry issues, as well as energy trading and risk management having been interviewed by several tier one media outlets and has appeared before boards, audit committees, and industry groups. John serves on the National Petroleum Council and served on the Board of Directors for the Southeast Texas chapter of the Alzheimer's Association for 6 years and now co-chairs the Houston Alzheimer’s Walk. He also serves on the board of Career Spring, a not-for-profit dedicated to helping first generation college students, and the Houston Chapter of the World Affairs Council. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, John is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

As managing partner for the Energy, Resources & Industrials practice, Andrew is responsible for setting the strategic direction and go-to-market strategy. With more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience, He is passionate about client service, having worked in many major resource and industrial markets around the world, including Canada, Chile, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Germany, India, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Andrew works with C-Suite executives on some of their most pressing strategic issues including corporate and competitive strategy and large organizational transformations.
