Bec is the Deloitte National Technology Sector Lead. The third largest sector in Australia and growing as a country priority to create new Technological skills, deliver innovation and economic growth collaborating with government and across industry. Prior, Bec was a Senior Client Executive / MD in Accenture ANZ’s CMT (Comms, Media & Tech) Client Group. 16 of her 21 years were in the telco sector working across a broad range of areas including large-scale and complex digital, business, technology, process and customer experience transformations. Bec lead the ANZ CMT Consulting practice between 2015 and 2019 where she was responsible for people and business P/L. She was also the Client Account Lead for a large telco along with Software & Platform companies. Her portfolio included innovative digital programs including Commerce, AI, Martech, Future of Care, Smart Homes and Spaces, Cloud Modernisation and Finance & Accounting Transformation.
Vidya Govindan is part of the CBO Cloud Engineering practice as a TMT Managing Director with a focus on CE Software Engineering market offering. She has extensive experience leading and contributing to the design and development of software products and platforms in technology companies such as Intel, HP, Qualcomm and Motorola. She has worked nearly 10 years in India as a Director of Engineering at Edgeverve and as the India lead for Accenture's Products and Platforms group at Accenture. At Deloitte, she looks forward to contributing to our clients success on their cloud/AI transformation journey by engineering and building new platforms and products and nurturing a team with a product-centric mindset.
I have extensive experience in managing programmes and projects from bid creation, planning, project finance and Programme set-up through to leading customer-collaborative ventures, implementing project controls and project team leadership. My strengths lie in merging a thorough understanding of PMO tools and processes with practical on-the-ground Programme Management experience. My qualifications include APMP/PMQ Project Management Qualification and PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner as well as being a qualified engineer with over 10 years’ experience in running projects and programmes in areas as diverse as Aerospace, Manufacturing, Robotics and Automation, Medical Devices, Research and Technology Development.
Karen, is a SAFe® SPC5 Certified Program Management Professional with 17 years of industry experience. Her expertise includes, project management using agile and waterfall methodologies, enterprise agile transformations, agile training and coaching and full systems development lifecycle (SDLC). Ms. Favia’s, agile experience is across multiple industries, and brings many different approaches to the challenges that are faced in today’s IT agile space. Effectively, she will support your organization in the cultural shifts that occur during a transformation, build your organizational model and create a customized transformation process and roadmap needed to successfully transform. She excels in identifying areas of improvement and will support the enterprise and delivery teams in the adoption of those opportunities. Karen, always encourages collaboration, teamwork and thoughtful dialog, and she will provide a positive working environment where new ideas are always welcome.
Umang is an Agile Transformation leader with a two decade of software development experience in successfully leading and delivering strategic IT initiatives. He is passionate about Agile Product Delivery and proficient to transform large TMT account (size 2000+) in new ways of working. He serves as a Digital Transformation Advisor in Enterprise Agility with deep focus on organizational change leveraging digital and agile frameworks. Umang led the Product operating model design and execution of one of the major client to transform their 80 agile teams in new ways of working. Delivered end to end design, trained 1000+ team members and aligned portfolio leadership team with common strategic vision.
Eryc is a Managing Director in Deloitte Consulting, focused on clients in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry and, more specifically, accelerating revenue growth and building scale in the Fast Growth sub-sector. He has spent the past 25+ years helping fast-growing companies achieve market success, as a services executive at companies like Oracle and Salesforce.com and as a business & technology consultant to the Global 2000. Along the way, he started creating his own companies: he learned the good, the bad, and the ugly of building startups from scratch. Large global bank needed help in a major migration of 17,000 agile practitioners and 2,000 projects from Rally onto Jira

Deloitte led a wave-based migration approach utilising a 3rd party software. Initial waves were Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot and then subsequent increased in size, while simultaneously decreasing in cycle time

Aligned agile technology practitioners on a single tool, reduced cost and streamlined tools and support for new teams with centralised enterprise controls
OPPORTUNITY
Large US lender needed to successfully consolidate 2 active Jira instances to ensure standardised enterprise controls and Reporting
SOLUTION
Deloitte implemented and enhanced functionality from the legacy system onto the destination system. Teams then began transitioning to the destination system in a self-service fashion, while Deloitte implemented additional enhancements
IMPACT
Provided functionality needed to support enterprise goal of managing funds, consolidated functionality onto a single environment to ensure enforcement enterprise controls, reducing overhead and streamlining work
OPPORTUNITY
A healthcare organisation needed to understand how their annual technology spend aligned to business strategy. They needed visibility to resource capacity planning at the enterprise level
SOLUTION
Deloitte established a work hierarchy tying work to strategic objectives and business strategy, stood up governance forums to support and conducted quarterly planning and portfolio Reporting. Using those capabilities, Deloitte then set up a costing framework o provide forward financial forecasts

Configured Jira Advance Roadmaps and modified Jira to support a portfolio to team flow of work with supportive Reporting to help leaders and teams plan and execute projects. Rolled out pilot to optimise followed by full roll-out and team training
